Refund Policy

Overview

King Solomon Scrolls sells digital products. Because access is delivered electronically, refund requests are reviewed with attention to delivery status, duplicate purchases, technical access issues, and abuse prevention.

When to contact support

If you paid but did not receive access, contact KSS before requesting a refund. Include the email used at checkout, the product name, and any order or session reference. Most access issues can be resolved quickly.

Refund requests KSS may approve

KSS may approve a refund when review shows a genuine delivery or billing problem.

• Duplicate charge or duplicate purchase made in error.
• Product access could not be delivered or restored after support review.
• Wrong product purchased and support is contacted promptly before meaningful use of the product.
• A billing or platform error verified through payment records.

Refund requests KSS may decline

KSS may decline a refund when the request conflicts with the nature of digital products or appears abusive.

• The product was successfully delivered and materially accessed or downloaded.
• The buyer redistributed, copied, or attempted to resell the product.
• The request is based only on a change of mind after access was delivered.
• The request is connected to fraud, chargeback abuse, or misuse of KSS systems.

How to request a refund review

Use the Contact page and choose “Billing or refund question.” Include your purchase email, product name, order/reference if available, and a short explanation of the issue.

Chargebacks

If you open a payment dispute or chargeback, KSS may pause direct support while the payment processor reviews the case. Contacting support first is usually faster.
